Week 9 Reflection

Hi Everyone,

For me, this course is something more than what a teacher could put in words. Majority of technology-based tools, web resources and activities assigned are all extraordinarily useful for me. I have never felt so sad for any activity in this course except for one: I missed Friday's online discussion with Jeff.  I felt so sorry for that.


Once I am back to my university, I will change about 90% of my teaching methods. I will integrate my teaching activities mainly with many technology tools made available by this course. Further, I am thinking of recommending this course to my colleagues because, I believe, if all the staff in my department are well introduced to such new technology-based teaching, it will become so easier for students to quickly adapt with the new teaching modes. How and when will it take place will be a matter of discussion with Donna later on.

    Hi Garri,
    I agree with you about this course that it is so useful and that it will affect out future teaching.
    As far as sharing our knowledge with our colleagues, I think it is not an option, it is a must, because we promised to do it before we were chosen for this course. I think we will have to do it on our own, each one in our own community, without Donna`s assistance.

    I agree with you that this is a very useful course. We have learned a lot of new tools to use them with our students. I also agree with Dragana that after we finish this online course we have to share our knowledge with our colleagues.

    I agree with Dragana and Esteban we can share knowledge and keep in touch to add a treasure of information from this course another treasure what is friendship. I'm so happy of knowing all the group members and wish one day to see you all in reality.

    I guess we will miss the rush of the week after week 10. However, like you I feel blessed by this course and all the knowledge and experiences we could share these weeks.

    Well said! I think that we all agree here that this course will have a great influence on our teaching methods. For me, what I learned has to be shared with my students and I agree with you that it has to be shared with our colleagues as well.
